Hayesgate Osteopathy
At Hayesgate Osteopathy we take the time you need to find the cause of your pain and provide a tailor made treatment plan based upon your individual needs.
We use a hands on approach of manipulation, deep tissue massage and dry needling (Medical acupuncture) to provide effective treatment of the joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons restoring mobility and reducing pain and discomfort.
As patient lists grow for operations on the NHS, we are finding more and more patients come to us for treatment and advice on managing symptoms whilst they await surgery.
Carrying out assessment and case history helps to diagnose problematic areas which can arise from injury in daily life or sports activity, new or old conditions and symptoms of long term conditions, such as osteoarthritis, chronic pain, MS, fibromyalgia or neurological disorders.
Hayesgate Osteopathy is located in a newly built clinic, offering a rural location between Chepstow and Caldicot. Free off road parking and easy access help to provide a stress free experience.

Martin Boddy, M.Ost
Martin established the practice in 2017, is passionate about Osteopathy and has in total 20 years of manual hands on experience.
Martin earned his Masters Degree at Swansea University and has now returned as a lecturer to pass on his knowledge to the next generation of osteopaths.
Martin has developed, through additional training, a special interest in patients with Migraine and Headaches, Fibromyalgia and Multiple Sclerosis. He is qualified in Medical dry needling (acupuncture).
Many patients visiting Martin have long term chronic pain conditions and he understands the impact this has on daily living and wellbeing. He has had great success in easing the symptoms of this and in helping his clients to continue to do the things they enjoy for longer.
His spare time (when he has any), is generally spent on two wheels either motorbike or mountain bike, enjoying the local countryside that the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean has to offer and has also recently added archery to his list of leisure pursuits.
